At first, a crush on a Christian boy led Abby to the Outreach. When Abby realized what attracted her was the Christ-like characters this boy possessed, she started to want these characters for herself. However, instead of going deeper into Christianity, Abby dived into the study of psychology. Fortunately, Abby continued coming to Outreach and learned more about God and teachings of the Bible, and that’s when it dawned on her that without the Truth of the Bible, psychology is very limited in what it can do. Now Abby commits to coming to weekly Discipleship Class and shares her experience with other young Christians who are struggling between modern psychology and Biblical Truth.
